Health Visitor
Our health visitors have expertise in preventive health including routine immunisation, care and development of babies and pre-school children, and general health promotion. They hold regular baby clinics (Please refer to the Clinics section on this web site for details). The health visitors are able to see people in the surgery or at home if necessary and can be contacted on 0141 451 2670.
District Nurses
Our district nurses provide nursing care for patients at home when necessary. In addition they also hold clinics at the practice, for example, for dressings. They may be contacted directly on telephone number 0141 355 2180.
North West Glasgow Primary Care Mental Health Team
North West Glasgow Primary Care Mental Health Team supports people aged 18 and over, who have or are at risk of developing common health problems, such as anxiety, stress and depression.
When you have had a discussion with your GP, you can contact the team on 0141 232 9270.
Social Workers
If you require the services of the social work department, you will be referred to a social worker at your local office. For Partick, Hillhead and Hyndland they can be contacted on 276 3100, and for Maryhill and Kelvinside the contact number is 276 6200.
